Man stabbed by group of young men in Nicholson Drive, Shoreham
A MAN is in hospital after being stabbed by a group of young men in a late-night attack.
The assault happened in Nicolson Drive, Shoreham, last night.
Police were called to the brutal incident shortly before 10pm.
The victim is currently being treated at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, for significant injuries.
But Sussex Police have said "these are not believed to be life-threatening".
The force is following several lines of enquiry.
As investigations continue, officers will remain stationed in the area.
Detective inspector Duncan Elliott said the assault is being treated as an isolated incident at this time.
