A MAN has been banned from a town centre after loitering near cash machines.
Adam Beynon, 29, was told not to linger in Crawley town centre, but ignored a community protection notice.
He was spotted near ATM machines, Horsham Magistrates’ Court heard.
Beynon, of Iveagh Close, Crawley, was fined £40, with a £32 surcharge and £150 costs.
Magistrates imposed a Criminal Behaviour Order for two years to stop him entering Crawley Town Centre.
