A MAN has been banned from a town centre after loitering near cash machines.

He was spotted near ATM machines, Horsham Magistrates’ Court heard.

Beynon, of Iveagh Close, Crawley, was fined £40, with a £32 surcharge and £150 costs.

Magistrates imposed a Criminal Behaviour Order for two years to stop him entering Crawley Town Centre.
