MAGISTRATES jailed a man after he assaulted a woman and breached a restraining order.
Samuel Boyce attended a property in High Street, Brighton, that he was forbidden to go to.
He attacked a woman there.
At Brighton Magistrates’ Court the 28-year-old, of no fixed address, admitted the assault and breaching the order.
He was jailed for 16 weeks because of his previous convictions for similar offences.
Boyce was kept under a restraining order.
