POLICE have charged two men on suspicion of a multi-million pound investment fraud.
Simon Reynolds, 62, of Hoe Lane, Horsham, and his nephew Ian Reynolds, of Ninfield Road, Bexhill answered a court summons over an alleged fraud by false representation.
The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised charges linked to betting on world sporting events.
It is alleged that they operated two companies during this period, providing profits statements to investors which falsely indicated that their investments had grown.
Both men will appear at Lewes Crown Court on March 11. They were released on bail.
