A DRINK DRIVER has been jailed after he was twice caught over the limit behind the wheel.
Yax Ishver Patel was stopped in an Audi in Worthing.
On one occasion, in Goring Road, he tested positive for 144 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml.
On the second occasion, in Findon Road, he tested positive for 58mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
Patel, 51, of Alinora Avenue, Worthing, was given a 12-week suspended sentence and a 46-month (three years and ten months) ban.
