A LIBRARY is set to close at the end of March.
Worthing Library in Richmond Road will be shut while work gets under way to turn it into a “new community hub”. Its doors will close on Saturday, March 28.
A temporary library will be opened at 37 Richmond Road on Tuesday, March 31.
West Sussex County Council cabinet member Duncan Crow said: “The hub will bring together library, children’s and youth and registration services all under one roof for residents.
“The designs for the new hub are really exciting and will provide a modern, innovative space for all our residents and customers to visit and enjoy.”
