Aged 27, of Upper Chalvington Place, Brighton, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink-driving. Fined £623, with a £62 surcharge and £160 costs. Banned for 17 months.

GEORGINA TILLETT

Aged 39, of The Ridgeway, Brighton, admitted using a disabled parking badge with intent to deceive, and failing to identify the driver of an Audi suspected of using a disabled blue badge. Ordered to complete 90 hours of unpaid work, with a £311 fine, £90 surcharge, and £750 costs.

SAMUEL BUTLER

Aged 31, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the sex offenders register by signing on at John Street police station, Brighton, and failing to comply with supervision after being released from prison. Jailed for eight weeks, with a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.

BRIAN WARD

Aged 67, of Albion Street, Brighton, admitted breaching a community protection notice by entering an area he was excluded from, and breaching a suspended sentence for possessing a knife.. Given a conditional discharge, with a £100 fine, £21 surcharge and £85 costs.

BRANDON DAYER

Aged 24, of The Causeway, Goring, admitted drink-driving in a Fiat Bravo. Tested positive for 71 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £420, with a £42 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 17 months.

EDWARD MILLS

Aged 25, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, admitted possessing cannabis. Ordered to complete 20 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

ZAK PEACOCK

Aged 29, of Millfield, Sompting, admitted drink-driving in a Mercedes. Tested positive for 42mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £480, with a £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for one year.

DONNA WEST

Aged 38, of Winterbourne Way, Durrington, admitted drink-driving in a BMW and using threatening or abusive behaviour. Tested positive for 65mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £240, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from for one year and eight months.

RHYS CATLING

Aged 24, of Fircroft Avenue, Lancing, admitted drug-driving in a Ford. Tested positive for cocaine and cannabis. Fined £400, with a £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 14 months.

JESSIE MUNOZ

Aged 35, of Sackville Crescent, Broadwater, admitted drink-driving in a Toyota. Tested positive for 67mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £350, with a £35 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 18 months.

ROBERT WILSON

Aged 20, of Whitebeam Road, Durrington, admitted assaulting a police officer. Given a conditional discharge, with £50 compensation, a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.

SHARON RHODES

Aged 57, of Furners Mead, Henfield, admitted sending messages and calls which were grossly offensive, obscene, indecent or menacing. Fined £200, with a £32 surcharge, and £85 costs. Put under restraining order not to contact a couple.

MATTHEW SCANTLEBURY

Aged 32, of Albany Villas, Hove, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink-driving. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with a £92 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 20 days.
