A fire broke out at home currently under renovation after insulation ignited.
Crews from Bridport Fire Station were called at 12.15pm today (Thursday) to the house at Toller Porcorum.
A spokesman said: "The property involved is under renovation.
"The fire was started accidentally when soldering water pipe fittings ignited the insulation lagging surrounding the pipes.
"Workers managed to extinguish the fire using fire extinguishers. Crews used a thermal imaging camera and removed floor boards to trace the extent of the fire and extinguish any hot spots."
