LEE DONALD HEALEY, aged 53 and of Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted that on September 25, 2019, at Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth, he had a quantity of cannabis in his possession. Fined £50, ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

ROS BENJAMIN DEWEY, aged 27 and of The Broadway, Southbourne, Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on September 24, 2019. Community order extended. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

JAMES FULTON BRENNAN, aged 51 and of Northbourne Mews, Bournemouth, admitted that on December 14, 2018, at Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, drove a motor vehicle without insurance or MOT Fined £140, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

JAMIE WILSON, aged 41 and of Crescent Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on July 27, 2019, at Manor Road, Bournemouth, drove a vehicle without insurance and tyre without the legal minimum tread. Also admitted driving while unfit to do so through drugs. Fined £50, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and £150 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

CHRISTCHURCH

ALEXANDER HIRONS, aged 19 and of Howard Close, Christchurch, admitted that on February 5, 2020, on the A35 at Christchurch, he drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Community order imposed including requirement to complete 120 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months

SWANAGE

PETER ALAN TURNER, aged 53 and of no fixed abode, admitted that on March 17, 2020, at Swanage he was in company of someone he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on January 27, 2020. Also admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty and commission of an offence during the period of a suspended sentence. Sent to prison for 14 weeks.

WIMBORNE

ANDREW IVAN CHARLES FISHER, aged 55 and of Highfield Road, Wimborne, found guilty that on December 26, 2017, at Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, he drove a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile phone. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

MARGARET VICTORIA GOYMER, aged 33 and of Richmond Road, Wimborne, admitted owning a vehicle that did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £100, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
