BRIGHTON seafront is deserted today after people flocked outdoors over the weekend amid the coronavirus crisis.
It comes after members of the public were seen visiting Brighton and Hove beaches on Saturday and Sunday.
Visitors were also spotted at Devil's Dyke, Stanmer Park and Brighton Marina where the car parks were described as “completely full.”
Angry residents contacted The Argus to express their concerns about after prime minister Boris Johnson urged people to stay at home.
Mr Johnson reiterated that people should keep a distance of two metres between themselves and others when in public.
Coronavirus has already claimed 281 lives in the UK.
