A DELIVERY van was stopped by police after officers saw the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
But the van was seized when it was later discovered that the driver did not have insurance.
Officers stopped the vehicle in Lavington Road, Worthing, at about 2.30pm yesterday.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said: “After running checks, officers found the vehicle wasn’t insured and it was taken away while insurance was arranged.”
She added: “The delivery company sent a colleague to collect the items inside the vehicle so they could still be delivered.”
