THE number of Sussex coronavirus cases increased again yesterday.
There have now been 186 cases overall in the county, up 28 from the day before.
This comes as the national figure climbed by than 2,546, reaching 17,089.
Of those patients who have been taken to hospital after contracting coronavirus, 1,019 have died, according to Public Health England figures.
The total number of people diagnosed with the virus in Brighton and Hove remained at 33
The number of cases in East Sussex climbed from 39 to 43, while West Sussex's total leapt from 86 to 110.
