POLICE have arrested a third man in connection with an incident in Bradford where there were reports of a woman in a distressed state and injured.

Two other men arrested have since been released on police bail.

Police remain keen to speak to anyone who saw a black Vauxhall Corsa in Grove Terrace at about 7.20pm on Wednesday, or anyone who saw a male and female arguing in the area at around this time.

Officers attended but were unable to locate the woman, who is described as an Asian female.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Farrell, of Bradford District Police, said:“Our enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of this incident and we are appealing for anyone with information which may assist to contact us.

“However our main concern is for the welfare of this woman as we believe she was injured so we need to know she is safe and well.”
