A BUILDER who landed a whopping £105 million lottery win is still living in the same three-bed terrace house, four months after claiming the mammoth prize.

Despite having the competition’s ninth-largest pay-out at their disposal, Steve Thomson and his wife Lenka are quite content in the £120,000 Selsey home, a friend told The Sun.

They told the publication the “down-to-earth” pair are looking for a four-bed home to move into with their three children.

But they have made a point not to buy anything “too flash”.

In December last year, it was also revealed that builder Steve, 42, told customers he would complete existing jobs for free, telling them to use the money to buy Christmas presents with instead. One neighbour, who came away with a free conservatory, heralded him as a “top bloke”.
