A SEAL took advantage of the quiet seafront and swam onshore for a snooze amid coronavirus lockdown.
The cheeky creature was spotted on East Wittering beach near Chichester yesterday afternoon.
The seal appeared to observe social distancing measures.

But police officers cordoned off the area so it could sunbathe in peace.
Chichester Harbour near East Wittering is thought to be home to at least 20 seals.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
