A DRINK-DRIVER was caught over the limit behind the wheel while he was meant to be disqualified.
Adrian Wrobel was stopped by police in Ditchling Road, Brighton in a red Mercedes.
He tested positive for 90 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. The 29-year-old, of Morris Road, Isleworth, admitted drink driving, having no insurance and driving while banned.
District Judge Amanda Kelly jailed him for eight weeks, with a new three-year ban, and a £128 surcharge for the “flagrant disregard for other road users”.
