Ryan Breach has been banned from Brighton city centre for five years
A CONVICT wanted by police on recall to prison has been arrested.
Ryan Breach, 30, had failed to comply with the terms of his jail release with the probation service in Sussex.
He had been serving a ten-month sentence for assault when he was released.
Police issued a public appeal to find him, believing he had links to Brighton, Hove, and Worthing.
But in the end he was found in Bognor.
