It is an absolute disgrace that Southern Water's £20 million fine should be paid direct to the Treasury when it is the customers who have been hoodwinked and conned by Southern Water.
All customers should receive a rebate or a discount on our charges for the coming year.
Why should the Government benefit from our misfortune? It is just another example of bad management by both Southern Water and this incompetent Government.
