A PROPERTY firm was presented with a gold award for the work it does to boost its workforce.

Vail Williams LLP, based in Crawley, employs 173 people and gives advice for tenants, landlords, investors and developers.

The company was presented with the gold award from Investors In People following an inspection.

Boss Matthew Samuel-Camps said the award shows the firm allows everyone from apprentices through to managing partners to take ownership of company policies.

He said: “We are absolutely delighted to have received recognition of our work to make Vail Williams a great place to work by the UK’s leading personal development organisation.

“This was a core milestone in our development plan and achieving gold is testament to the hard work and enthusiasm of each and every person who works here.”

Vail Williams previously held the silver award, and partner Geoff Fallon said: “We have worked incredibly hard not only to retain our accreditation, but to improve on our silver award.”

He said the staff feel trusted and respected to get on with their jobs.

He added: “We look forward to all raising a glass together in our next virtual pub meet, to celebrate.”

Investors In People said the award was a fantastic achievement.
