A MENTAL health charity has issued a reminder to the public that its services are still available during the coronavirus crisis.
Although Mind in Brighton and Hove has had to suspend all face-to-face support in response to Government guidance on social distancing, the charity is still offering support over the phone and by text and email.
Anyone who is feeling isolated or worried is urged to access support and the charity’s services are free and confidential.
Mind is also publishing a weekly information and tip sheet on how to maintain and improve mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic.
The advice follows five ways to good wellbeing, including connecting, being active, taking notice, learning and giving.
To find out more, go to mindcharity.co.uk or call 01273 66 69 50.
