The A259 is partially blocked in Portslade after a car 'crashed into a lamppost'
A MAIN road is blocked after a crash involving one car.
The incident happened on the A259 Wellington Road in Portslade this morning.
It has been reported that a car has hit a lamppost.
A traffic report said: “The A259 Wellington Road is partially blocked and there are ongoing delays due to an accident.
“A single vehicle was involved at the junction with Basin Road North.”
The report warned that there was slow traffic stretching along the A259 Kingsway.
The incident has now been cleared.
