FOUR suspects remain on the “most wanted” list, with rewards in place for information that could lead to their capture.

Firstly, police are offering a £500 reward for the capture of William Westein, who is thought to be in the Brighton or Littlehampton areas.

The 23-year-old was released from jail on Tuesday, April 21, on licence, part way through serving a three-year custodial sentence.

Westein had been convicted of driving whilst disqualified, dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving without insurance, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of a Class B drug.

He is white and is described as having a medium build with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 101 quoting 47200068814, or to report information online at sussex.police.uk.

Alex Evans from Eastbourne is wanted for failing to turn up to court for breaching a suspended sentence.

Meanwhile the 27-year-old is also wanted over an attack outside the Cameo nightclub on March 7.

Police said: "At about 3.15 am on Saturday 7 March, three men aged 18, 20 and 27, and a woman aged 18, were assaulted outside the Cameo nightclub in Langney Road, Eastbourne.

"The victims were attacked by a man who punched them and knocking them to the ground, rendering two of the men briefly unconscious.

"Two of the men were taken to hospital for treatment, and the 20-year-old man was found to have a broken jaw."

Evans is a slim white man, 6ft tall, with dark brown hair and distinctive tattoos on his neck and ears.

On 30 March at Lewes Crown Court, a warrant was issued for Evans' arrest, for failing to comply with a two-year suspended sentence on 11 November 2019 requiring 60 hours unpaid work, after he was convicted for theft from a shop.

Detective Constable Paul Kelly said; "We also want to speak to anyone who was in the area of the nightclub, perhaps leaving or standing outside at the time.

"If you have seen Alex Evans or know where he is, or if you have any other information please contact us online or call 101, quoting serial 177 of 07/03.

"You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."

Next on the wanted list is 28-year-old Thomas French is wanted on recall to prison over a grievous attack.

French, who is known in the Worthing and Lancing areas, is a white man, 5ft 11ins tall, with light brown cropped hair and green eyes.

He also frequents the Guildford area.

French is being recalled to prison on the directions of the Probation Service for failing to comply with the terms of his licence conditions, after being released from prison on 10 February part of the way through a 23-month sentence for grievous bodily harm.

Anyone who sees French should not approach him but should contact the police on 999 or 101, quoting serial 817 of 17/03.

Finally there is a £500 reward for information to help find Andrew Charles, wanted on recall to prison.

Charles had failed to turn up to court, and claimed to have been the victim of a grievous attack that left him in hospital in London.

Now he is wanted for breaching the terms of his release from prison.

He is black, 5ft 9ins tall, and his last known address was in Hove.

Charles could be in Brighton, or may be in the Essex area, police say.
