ONE lucky NHS worker will be offered a DIY SOS-style makeover.
Masters Plastering and Renovation and Devlan Decor in Brighton are asking people to nominate a healthcare worker to win the £1,000 makeover prize as a thank you for their efforts during the coronavirus crisis.
Tommy Devorty at Devlan Decor said: “We’ve had some really good nominees already, with some lovely stories and sad ones too. We just thought it would be nice to give something back.”
The winner will also receive a meal for ten courtesy of Tisbury’s Kitchen at either The Ladies Mile or The Dyke Alehouse, plus an extra £2,000 in labour to fit their needs.
Tommy added: "Because we've been inundated with offers of help from our friends in the trades, once the winner is revealed we will be able to tailor fit to their personal needs another £2000 in labour and materials to an area in their home which would benefit them most from our help."
Nominations should include the NHS worker's name, where they work and why they should win, and be emailed to win4NHS@gmail.com by Sunday.
The winner will be announced the following weekend on the Masters Plastering and Renovation and Devlan Decor Facebook pages.
