POLICE are still trying to track down suspects and criminals on their “most wanted” list.

It includes one man wanted in connection to a “serious assault” and a £500 reward for a man wanted on recall to prison in Sussex.

Firstly, Jack Davies is wanted by police after a fight in Brighton.

The 26-year-old was involved in a fracas in Oxford Street in the city on June 11, and was in fact injured during the incident.

Davies, from Seaford, had to be taken to hospital but has recovered from his injuries.

But he is wanted on suspicion of assault, and possessing an offensive weapon.

When interviewed by officers following the altercation Davies also gave false details about his identity.

Detective Inspector Glenn Taylor said: “Davies was the victim of an unpleasant assault and our initial priority was to ensure his welfare. Fortunately, information suggests that he is physically well.

“We are keen to locate him so he can be assessed by a health professional to confirm this and also so we can speak to him about these offences and the altercation in Oxford Street.

“Davies has links to Brighton, Seaford and Chailey and we would urge anyone who sees him or knows where he is to get in contact straight away.”

Secondly, police are offering a £500 reward for the capture of William Westein, 23, who is thought to be in the Brighton or Littlehampton areas.

He was released from jail in April and is wanted on recall to prison.

Westein had been convicted of driving whilst disqualified, dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving without insurance, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of a Class B drug.

He is white and is described as having a medium build with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Next, Dylan Prudence is wanted by police in Chichester over “two matters”.

The 22-year-old is white, 6ft 3ins with dark brown hair and eyes.

Finally Jordan Charles is wanted over a “serious assault” in Crawley on May 29.

The 23-year-old is a black man, 5ft 9ins tall with links to Crawley and to Bexhill.
