A PRINT firm secured a funding boost with a loan to help its cash flow during tough times.

One Digital, based in Woodingdean, has had to adapt because of the coronavirus lockdown and crisis.

Director Chris Staples said the firm, founded in 1996, has now received a £200,000 loan from NatWest to secure the company’s future.

It is part of the Business Interruption Loan Scheme set up by the bank, with firms able to get help to ensure they survive.

Mr Staples said: “We are now in our 25th year of operating and we entered the current pandemic in a very strong position that we want to return to and build on when the business can operate again at full capacity.

“The funding from NatWest will allow us to do this. It offers both the support we need as the business continues to operate on a lesser level and helps with our future plans.”

“Our NatWest Relationship manager Ian has been really helpful through the whole process, enabling us to secure the funding quickly and obtain a safety net.”

NatWest manager Ian Woodward said: “We want to support businesses that have been a huge part of the communities in which they operate so they continue to provide their services to customers for many years to come.

“One Digital is a great Brighton business that has been operating throughout lockdown and the funding will allow the firm to continue offering its services to customers across the South East.”
