A ROAD is blocked after a crash involving three vehicles.
There are delays on the A22 after the collision in Golden Cross, near Hailsham, this morning.
It has been reported that emergency services are currently at the scene.
An AA spokesman said the crash was first reported at 8.31am.
He said: “The road is partially blocked and there is queueing traffic due to an accident involving three vehicles on the A22 both ways between Upper Dicker Turn Off and The Petrol Station."
East Sussex Highways has also warned of long delays in the area as a result of the incident.
A spokesman said: "There has been an accident (on the A22) which is causing long delays in the area.
"Please use an alternative route if possible."
The road was reported to have been cleared at noon.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
