A FIERCE blaze ripped through a campervan which was parked in the street.
Little remained of the van after the fire in Wickhurst Road, Portslade.
The vehicle was engulfed in flames shortly before 4.30pm.
An East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said crews were called at 4.27pm.
They were quickly able to extinguish the fire, dowsing the campervan in foam before leaving the area by 5.03pm.
She said it was an "accidental ignition" and there had been no reported injuries.
