A VIRTUAL exhibition of postgraduate students’ work has gone on display.
MA students in the schools of art and media at the University of Brighton are showing their work in the final part of the Graduate Show 2020, which was moved online due to coronavirus.
Works include oil paintings by fine art student Verity Baird, photography by Samuel Horn and textiles by Alice Arbury.
Duncan Bullen, deputy head of the School of Art, said: “The school is immensely proud of the achievement of this group of students.
“They have worked unbelievably hard, displaying innovation and resourcefulness during this current pandemic, to produce and present an online exhibition publicly.
“We invite you to take time to browse this excellent showcase of inspiring artworks and the thought-provoking series of accompanying online events.”
Irmi Karl, head of the School of Media, said: “The show presents a wonderful opportunity to engage with a diverse range of creative works. Congratulations to all our MA students who have responded to the challenges of the pandemic by adopting innovative practices to befit this exciting online postgraduate exhibition.”
