A DRUNKARD was seen "playing chicken" with traffic and climbing up a tree.
Concerned residents saw the drunk man behaving badly in Franklands Village, Haywards Heath tonight.
He was seen "shouting at the top of his voice" after climbing up a tree in the housing estate.
Then the would-be Tarzan was seen causing a danger to traffic.
So police have taken the many into custody for drunk and disorderly behaviour.
Inspector Darren Taylor said: "Thank you to the residents from Franklands Village who have called us in the last hour or so about a drunk male who had climbed up a tree and was shouting at the top of his voice.
"Well he then decided to play chicken with the traffic, so one in custody for [being] drunk and disorderly."
