WIMPY is set to close one of its restaurants after 24 years.
The company announced it is close its franchise in 381 South Coast Road, Peacehaven, in a message to customers today.
A spokesman said: “Wimpy HQ is sorry to bid a fond farewell to our wonderful franchisees at Wimpy Peacehaven.
“We wish them a much-deserved rest after 24 fabulous years serving their loyal customers.
“If you live on the south coast, don’t forget Wimpy is still there for you at Portslade, Worthing and Littlehampton – check our website to find out which is nearest to you and remember we do home delivery too.”
Wimpy returned to Station Road in Portslade, in the same spot where it closed more than ten years ago, in May last year.
The chain can also be found in Surrey Street, Littlehampton, and Chapel Road, Worthing.
