A WOMAN was threatened by men with knives as she walked in a park.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at Queens Park in Brighton on Friday, July 24 at 1pm.

The men were disturbed by the arrival of a dog walker and the victim was able to run away.

Officers say the suspects were white and of medium build, one was in his 20s and was 6ft tall, with shaved hair at the sides and a ponytail. The second man was aged about 40 5ft 10ins, with short brown hair.

He said: “We would like to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at this time, especially anyone walking a dog who disturbed the incident. Please contact us if you can help our investigation.”
