SMOKE is pouring from a house after a ferocious fire broke out inside.
Residents living nearby are being urged to keep their windows closed as the inferno rages in Anscombe Road, Worthing.
The air ambulance has also been called to the scene.

Speaking at 7.38pm, a West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Multiple crews are at a house fire in Anscombe Road, Worthing.
"Please avoid the area.
"There’s a lot of smoke so, if you live nearby, please keep windows closed.
"Six pumps, plus the Aerial Ladder Platform from Worthing Fire station are in attendance."

Almost an hour later, at 8.26pm, the fire service provided an update on the inferno.
A spokesman said: "A fire in a pair of semi-detached houses in Anscombe Road, Worthing, is being fought using two jets, two hose-reels, and four sets of breathing apparatus, with six fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a command unit from Bognor at the scene."
Officers from Adur and Worthing Police are also currently at the scene.
A spokesman for the force said: "Emergency services are currently at the scene of a house fire in Anscombe Road, Worthing.
"At this stage, there are not thought to be any serious injuries.
"We ask people to avoid the area while emergency services continue to deal with the matter."
