A CITY centre road is closed after a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
Grand Parade in Brighton is currently shut following the collision.
An AA spokesman said: "The road is closed and there is queueing traffic due to a crash.
"A vehicle and a pedestrian were involved in the collision in Grande Parade both ways from Richmond Parade to Edward Street."
The road was reported to have been reopened shortly after 6pm.
