FEARS are growing for the safety of a teenager who has been missing since last week.
Mustafa Hefame is Arabic and was staying in the Seaside area of Eastbourne when he was last seen.
He is a slim, 5ft 4ins tall 17-year-old ith black hair and brown eyes. He last wore skinny blue jeans and a black jacket, and carried a white plastic bag.
The teenager has a scar on his right arm.
Concerns are growing for him, and police believe he may have links to Peterborough.
In a statement Sussex Police said: "We are searching for missing teenager Mustafa Hefame.
"The 17-year-old boy was last seen in the Seaside area of Eastbourne around 5pm on Thursday (August 6).
"He is Arabic, approximately 5' 4", of slim build with black hair and black/brown eyes.
"When last seen, he was wearing blue skinny jeans and a black jacket, and was carrying a white plastic bag. He also has a scar on his right arm.
"It is thought he may have travelled to the Peterborough area.
"Anyone who sees him or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police online or by calling 101 quoting serial 1790 of 06/08."
