I agree with the comments made by Tom Wye about Korrel Kennedy, who keeps breaking his Asbo (The Argus, November 26).

I know Korrel Kennedy as I am a manager of one of the arcades from which he is banned. I have also been able to witness from my position what a nuisance he makes of himself to attract attention.

I believe that an Asbo does a lot of good by identifying a problem person and we have worked very closely with the Asbo team to help stop a lot of problems from getting worse.

Korrel Kennedy is typical of someone, however, who would use the Asbo as a badge of honour.

At the moment he is newsworthy and must be a bit of a hero among his friends.

He appears to keep getting chances. It's like Groundhog Day.

He is being told: "Do that again and we'll do this." But it doesn't happen. We who know him thought it a great laugh that he used The Argus to apologise.

He does not seem to have any intention of changing his ways.
