I would like to congratulate the East Brunswick Residents' Association on their sterling work in creating a beautiful garden on the east side of the Old Market Arts Centre. The association, chaired by Bill Cowell and assisted by Peggy Thomas and other volunteers, have made it into a really delightful spot.
With the work of the friends of St Andrew's Church at the other end, Waterloo Street in Hove has been transformed. Long may it continue
