A WANTED man has handed himself in to the police.
Jack Davies, from Seaford, was wanted in connection with an assault in Oxford Street, Brighton in June.
Davies suffered a serious injury and was taken to hospital.
The 26-year-old has now been arrested after coming forward to Sussex Police.
Detective Inspector Glenn Taylor said: “We are enormously grateful to the public for their assistance in sharing our appeal to locate Davies and are pleased he has now decided to hand himself in.”
The force said it is still investigating the June 11 assault.
Anyone with information can report it online or call 101, quoting 730 of 11/06.
