THE FAMILY of a missing mother are to announce a “major and significant” development in the case.

Georgina Gharsallah, 30, disappeared near the centre of Worthing more than two years ago and has not been seen since.

Sussex Police upgraded the case to a murder investigation in August last year.

Her family enlisted the help of Irish investigative journalist Donal Macintyre to help with the investigation into her disappearance.

Now the family has invited members of the media to a Zoom press conference to announce the “major and significant development in the case”.

It is due to take place tomorrow morning.
