A JUDGE has ordered a man to pay a fine for being drunk and disorderly.
David Griffin was drunk in Old Steine in Brighton in July.
The 41-year-old, of Old Steine, also failed to show up to court in August.
District Judge Tessa Szagun ordered him to pay £120 in fines, with a £34 surcharge.
