A father is to stand trial for allegedly killing his baby daughter.
Scott Harman, 24, denies the manslaughter of his eight-month-old daughter Jessica in April 2004.
He has also pleaded not guilty to three counts of cruelty to the girl in January and April of that year.
Harman, of Highfield Road, Horam, near Heathfield, will be tried at Lewes Crown Court on January 3.
