A karate teacher accused of raping a 13-year-old girl was caught with condoms containing both his and the alleged victims DNA, a court has heard.
Paul Rudwick, of Seaton Park, Wick, Littlehampton, is charged with raping and assaulting the girl who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The 42-year-old is also accused of intimidating witnesses central to the case.
The jury of nine men and two women sitting in the trial at Chichester Crown Court has today heard the last of the judges summing up and has retired to consider its verdict.
Rudwick denies the charges. His defence team claim the alleged victim has fabricated the accusations.
