FEARS for the safety of a missing man are growing as police have launched a public appeal.
Nicholas Beavis was reported missing in the early hours of this morning (Thursday, September 24) from East Grinstead.
The muscular 43-year-old is 5ft 10ins with short grey and brown hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a red and black hooded top, black joggers and white Nike Air Max trainers.
Nicholas has tattoos on his upper body.
In a statement Sussex Police said: "We are appealing to find Nicholas Beavis, 43, who was reported missing after leaving his home in East Grinstead in the early hours of Thursday (24 September).
"Nicholas is described as white, 5'10'', with a muscular build. short brown/greying hair and was last seen wearing a red and black hooded top, black jogging bottoms and white Nike Air Max trainers. He also has numerous tattoos on his upper body.
"Officers are concerned for Nicholas and want to ensure his welfare.
"If you have seen him or has any information on his whereabouts please report online or call police on 101 quoting 106 of 24/09."
