ZOE Ball is packing her bags and selling her million-pound home – but she won’t be going far.

The Radio 2 presenter has listed her Ditchling home for sale on the market, just two years after she bought it.

According to reports, the BBC star and her boyfriend Michael Reed have moved into a lavish new six-bedroom home with a swimming pool and tennis court in Newick, about 20 minutes away from her home.

The 18th-century property in Ditchling is on the market for £1.25 million.

Zoe recently became the highest-paid woman at the BBC after getting a £1 million pay rise.

The 49-year-old star is now on a salary of £1.3 million – but is said to have asked for a cut because she feels “uncomfortable” with it.

Zoe previously lived on Hove seafront with her then husband Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, but moved out when they split up.

Zoe’s Ditchling house is on the market with agents Hamptons International, which says it dates back to 1725.

A spokesman said: “With a convenient location in the heart of Ditchling village, popular for its independent shops and cafes, this characterful terraced house is believed to date back to circa 1725 and forms an integral part of the street scene of this lovely village.”
