A MAN must complete unpaid work after spouting racist abuse.
Mark Smart caused alarm and distress to Bongani Moyo in Broadwater, Worthing.
He admitted racially aggravated harassment at Worthing Magistrates’ Court.
Smart, 52, of Southfield Road, Broadwater, was ordered to pay £100 in compensation to the victim.
He must also pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs, and complete 100 hours of work.
