A FORMER sandwich shop is listed for sale or for a new tenant.
Pitbox BBQ in Western Road, Hove, closed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The shop, at the junction with Lansdowne Place, had been a popular lunch spot for workers.
It was previously occupied by Hells Kitchen which offered a sandwich deli counter. Tom Graves estate agents hopes the site on the busy thoroughfare will attract a new tenant or buyer to launch a business there.
