NOT all heroes wear capes, some of them wear pyjamas.

Staff from Morrisons supermarket in St James’s Street, Brighton, braved their fear of heights to take on an abseil challenge.

The group tackled the British Airways i360 on Brighton seafront over the weekend.

Store manager Mell Diffey was joined by Sophie Lloyd, Rebecca Wilkins, Remy Hughes, Ovi Tufeanu, Josh Fox and Lewis Johns from the supermarket.

They were raising money for Clic Sargent, a charity which raises money for children with cancer and their families.

Clic Sargent’s social workers offer help to ease the fears of infection, treatment and debt.

The Morrisons staff members raised £1,190 for the charity.
