A POP-UP museum is set to open with an art trail of extraordinary stories.
The Museum of Ordinary People (Moop) is staging an art walk called Reflections in Newhaven this weekend from 11am until 5pm on both days, as part of the Newhaven Festival.
Moop aims to celebrate the hidden stories of ordinary people using everyday objects.
Members of the public will be given an art map for the trail and will encounter storytellers, exhibitions and displays. The trail starts outside The Bridge Inn and goes along Meeching Road, South Road and Fort Road, and residents are invited to decorate their front windows with exhibits to tell their own stories.
Rhoda Funnell from Newhaven Festival said: “We’re extremely excited to host a Moop event and are pleased we’ve found an innovative way to do this, even in the face of current adversities.”
