A TEENAGER has spoken of her disgust after a man performed a sex act in front of her on a train.

Charlotte Bevis, 19, was sitting on an evening train to London Victoria on Tuesday when the man exposed himself.

The hairdresser said he then proceeded to ejaculate on the floor in front of her before getting off the train at Shoreham.

She said: "The short black male wearing a red tracksuit walked down my carriage as we pulled into Shoreham and proceeded to pull out his penis and ejaculate on the floor in front of me.
The Argus:

“He was oddly calm, didn’t seem drunk or anything just stared at me and then did it.

“He didn’t react when I shouted ‘what the f*** are you doing’ at him and just walked away onto the platform with his penis still out.

"A boy got on at Shoreham and I told him what happened and he witnessed the guy with his penis out as he walked along the platform

“He made sure I was OK before changing carriage. I’m completely disgusted and shook up.”

Ms Bevis said the incident was caught on train cameras and British Transport Police are investigating the report of indent exposure.

The Worthing teenager is warning others in the area amid fears the pervert may expose himself to others.

She said: “This is to warn any boys or girls who travel from Shoreham or frequent trains going through Shoreham.

"Please be careful as I’m sure this isn’t just a one-off for him as no normal human being would just decide to do that.”

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “We were called at 10.41pm on Tuesday to Shoreham station following a report of indecent exposure on board a train. Officers are engaging with the victim and enquiries into the incident are ongoing. “

In 2018, a Sussex Police officer faced losing his job after he was convicted of performing a sex act in a First Class train carriage to Gatwick.

PC Terry Malka, then 33, tried to disguise what he was doing with a headrest cover when he was spotted pleasuring himself by station staff. When a train guard asked the officer for his ticket after spotting him committing another sex act, he produced his Met Police warrant card.

PC Malka changed his plea to guilty after an expert report failed to confirm his actions were the result of a sleep disorder. He was also described in court as suffering from priapism – a condition which causes sufferers to remain erect for hours.
