SIENNA Miller has been seen filming a new Netflix series on a Sussex beach.

The American Sniper star was pictured on the pebbles with fellow actor Rupert Friend, of Homeland and The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, as well as two child actors.

The group were shooting scenes from the upcoming Netflix adaptation of Sarah Vaughan's best-selling book, Anatomy of a Scandal.

This tells the story of a married Westminster politician, played by Rupert Friend, and his wife, Sienna Miller.

Friend's character is accused of raping his aide and, while his partner remains convinced he is innocent, a prosecuting barrister is certain he committed the crime.

TV writer and producer David E. Kelley, the crator of hit series Big Little Lies, has been tasked with taking the complex tale from the page to the screen.

The exact location of the filming is currently unknown, with the Daily Mail reporting that Rupert Friend and Sienna Miller had been spotted on a beach in East Sussex.
